Another part is the tent shower. If I did that in most of the US, someone would be on their cellphone calling the county sheriff, local PD, the FBI, the EPA, and every LEO in between, claiming that the gray water is a toxic waste spill. Even dumping fresh water will get the local sheriff coming around to ask questions. Someone showering in a tent will also get people on the phone to the police about indecency with a child, lewd acts, and other things.
I think I might start another thread on this, but one way to fix this would be to have a pop-top campervan with an aisle shower. Pop the top, nudge a cover aside, shower in the center of the van.
The Tent Shower only takes 10 mins to put up These Vans are used for weekends away., not really prolonged stays due to the small size, in that sense they are great, easy to park, sip on fuel and a place for a couple to crash, without having to book into a hotel
Problem with an aisle shower is the space constraints, that is why the outside one I.e to shower after a swim etc
