Exhaust manifold gaskets / Ford 460

I dont think any heat transfer from the manifolds, which are the hottest item on the eng, back to the heads is a good idea......I'am trying to get rid of heat.......,new perfect machined parts can go without gaskets but once used and disassembled I've found gaskets are mandantory. If the manifolds are warped ,like mine ,two choices....remachine them or new. A dual exhaust system will up power and get rid of a lot of manifold heat.
