as for my previous questions:
1. Does anyone happen to have a Y-pipe and connector pipe for these Banks Headers ('95 - '97 only)?
I received the Y-pipe and connector from Banks ($350:E )
2. Any recommendations on ceramic coating and/or heat wrapping?
I found a place in Ventura to do the ceramic coating. That'll be done next week.
3. Does anyone know the exhaust pipe diameter coming out of the "Y-Pipe" into the single exhaust pipe?
I now have the Y-pipe and it's 3".
4. Are high heat ignition wires needed with the Banks headers?
I found some 2000* heat protector shields ($30) for the plug wires, along with a bunch of other heat shields.
5. Can anyone recommend a good muffler for this application?
I found a Magnaflow S/S muffler with 3" in and 3" out for $100 (Banks wanted ($400 for theirs)
Any input will be greatly appreciated. I'm in my late 60's and I only plan to do this once.:B
