If you have the D shaped port you need a Remflex 3013. This gasket fits 93-98 Ford 460s. I am not affiliated with Remflex but I worked part time in a speed shop waiting for my wife to retire and none of them ever came back for a warranty replacement. Some came back because the individual did not know which head or header he had but never for burn out when installed in the correct application.
