I agree, this isn't a dress rehearsal. Keep looking around for a used unit. I live in California and the one I wanted was in Minnesota. Road trip! Repairs are not as hard as you may
think. If you are handy around the house most items can be repaired with parts readily available and with the help on these forums folks will walk you through the process.
Take the plunge. Last hotel we stayed in, in Minneapolis to pick up the MH, was 90 bucks. It smelled, crappy coffee in the morning and who knows what in the bed or under it.
Nothing like having your home behind your drivers seat. Travel, enjoy, relax.
