You can check out Geocel's website at GeocelUSA.com. Geocel is the maker and Proflex is the 'model' so to speak. I purchased the ProflexRV at my local ACE Hardware in their RV section and I think it was $6.99.

A suggestion to using caulk as shown above is to use good old blue painters tape above the gap and smooth to that. Pull up the tape and you have a nice even edge.
