What we did for our dog - we bought a set of those roof vent covers that allow us to leave the roof vents open even while driving - so that way at least air can get into the RV and will keep the rain out.
Also even with those vents it can get very hot in the RV - turn on that low power fan in the roof vent in the bathroom so there is at least a little air circulation in the house - do that if you are not running the generator so the battery will not run down much - that tiny fan motor can run for a few hours without draining the house battery that much.
Make sure they have plenty of water and lastly if you are going to leave them in the heat like that let them have the full run of the RV - don't cage them on a hot day.
