An A+ rating from BBB would not turn me off. :) But BBB is usually a good place to take a look and see if a bunch of people have been complaining...or if there are positive comments. Not a single comment would at least indicate that bad experiences must be pretty minimal because generally people find the time to write up a bad experience and we all too often probably fail to give the praise to a firm that really deserves it.
Since there were no comments either way there, I was looking to see if anyone here had experiences to share. I'm not in a hurry to buy something else, but my wife and I are keeping our eyes open and if we see something, I'd like to know in advance about the character of the dealership.
