I have to agree. I have found a lot of good information on businesses from BBB by reading their business profiles, certifications/licenses, and resolution histories. I have even used BBB's twice in dispute resolutions and am convinced that I would not have been successful either time on my own. Maybe others have had negative experiences, but my usage of their services has been nothing but positive.
Now, does anyone else have anything specific as it may relate to experiences with Motorhomes of TX?
