Trying to sell my Class C and I am running into some weird people. Have you had this experience?

I used RVTRADER.com to sell my MH last May. Buyers requested through email for more information. Sent out 3 replies. First to respond and talk to me bought it. Took total of 5 days to complete sale. Priced it using NADA pricing. Sold for just about average pricing.
