Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we just got back from a labor day weekend short trip in the Palazzo and BAM, the large slide failed when I was extending it. I've already sent e-mail to Thor. Let's see how well this goes. OBTW, I love the beat a dead horse. I feel like the horse. :)
So sorry you are having trouble with the slide. Hopefully Thor can get it working correctly.
Yes, we have been the horse at one time or another too.
Good Luck! - bullydogs1ExplorerI happen to be in Raleigh right now...Is your slide stuck?..or worse, is your coach somewhere where you made the trip with the slide stuck..My tech knows these schwintek slides cold and can help you at least get it closed. He is in the OBX..PM me if I can help you at all.

I'm very surprised a stray ember from your campfire hasn't put yours out of its misery by now.
:B
Almost unbelievable!! Sorry for your continued problems. - JackSharonExplorerWe are currently in Ruidoso in our Dutch Star. There is a very nice couple parked next to us in their new Palazzo 33.1
They bought it in June and this is their first trip. After purchasing, the coach had so many problems that it took 13 weeks to fix them all. Purchased at Camping World.
Ugh!
It is a great looking coach. While we were sitting outside, the tv came on all by itself!
Back to Camping World...... - 93mastercraftExplorer

When are we ever going to get a like button? I would also pass on the Palazzo as a new off dealer's lot coach. Maybe one that is a few years old and the last owner sorted the problems out and priced accordingly. - GoldencrazyExplorer
