X2 for what RK911 suggested. For the most part you will be ahead of the game considering deductibles, exceptions that the warranty company will find, etc. plus you will be able control the work you want done.
Remember, if you purchase 5 year coverage it over,APS the manufacturers warranty and therefor only covers 3 years. If you wait until the manufacturers warranty ends, the policy will be more expensive.
