Have you read the fine print on your existing policy? I know that as the vehicle gets older, more and more things ARE NOT covered. Some policies drop coverage on seals and gaskets after a certain number of years, as well as other things. On a ten year old coach, you may only be able to get partial coverage compared to a newer coach, and the drive train coverage may be very limited.
