We bought an XtraRide Platinum 2 year policy when we bought our 2003 Executive in 2011. In our case, the only claim we filed in the two years was for a new alternator. XtrRide was absolutely superb to deal with. They located and arranged for a mobile repair service to do the job right at our campsite. We paid our $100 deductible to the repair tech and the job was done in a couple of hours.
Now, our policy has expired and I'm on the fence about renewing it. My current thinking is to look for a drivetrain-only policy, to just have coverage for a catastrophic failure that could run into 5 figures.
