I bought an EZ-Pass for my "Roots Trip" back to Buffalo/Western New York about this time in 2010. Wound up not driving on any toll roads with the trailer. Single trip across Grand Island--a buck for the truck only. I found the Pass in my console the other day. Checked the account--original $25.00, no additional charges. Also run K-Tag (KS), PikePass (OK) and SunPass (FL).
Just finished two trips to Chicago and one to New York City in a charter bus (retirement job-right). Thank goodness the entire fleet runs an I-Pass, reciprocal across all Northeastern/Mid Atlantic states. Stopping at toll booths, whether with attendant, or worse, correct change only is one major PIB!
