I'd call a truck dealer that sells Fords and see what they have to say. On my 2003, it doesn't seem like to big of deal but I see you have a 2014. If you do it, make sure to disconnect ALL batteries while working on it. There's also speedo shops that could do the job but I kind of know the area where you're at and there isn't much. I think the closest Ford dealer is in Johnson City. If you were closer to Knoxville I could advise you more.
On my 2003 with the way I sit (while driving) and the position that I like the tilt wheel in, all my gauges are hidden behind the steering wheel. I just watch the GPS to watch my speed. I don't worry to much about those gauges that I can't see without ducking my head.
