In theory a Chilton or Haynes Ford Super Duty manual for the year you are looking for is probably the closest thing you'll get. From a powertrain perspective the F-53 uses the same 6.8L engine the Super Duty uses and the same 5R110 transmission that was used on the 6.8L (unless you have a 2016 or newer chassis which will have a 6R140).
