I would keep checking on e bay. Ford made a single CD covering all the trucks from the Expedition and F150 to the F750 and F53 chassis. If you can find one they are a great resource. They are not time sensitive like the newer ones. Any page or page can be printed and taken to the job. There are several versions of the truck shop manual available. Some include only the light trucks sold by car dealers. Others used by the truck dealerships include ALL Ford trucks.
Here's a link to one available that covers the F150 to F550. If you look at the second picture it appears the F53 chassis is included.

The one I have looks like this.
The best part is they are far more complete than any aftermarket publication. About the only difference between the 1999 chassis and the 2001 chassis is the engine hp. Almost everything else is identical. If this one is no longer available try to get one for the F550. It's far closer to the F53 than any other chassis.
