The $$$ they charge for most of this stuff is crazy. But somebody must be buying it. Not me.
I designed mine on cardboard, then made some plywood mock-ups to check fit, clearances and function with those 2 wood brackets and link installed. then I put some crude measured drawings together and had my heavy steel brackets made by a young local welder for about $130. the adjustable link was $35-$45 (?) from Tractor Supply. All money well spent. I painted mine snazzy Rustoleum light blue just because I'm a Ford guy.
