I'm wondering as to why you started a thread on the Class A forum when you already had one transferred to the proper forum and had heard from Marcus personally. They said that they were working on it for you,but you started out all over again, but took a different direction with it. I have had repairs done at several CWs and only once have I had a problem and tho it took a bit of time,it was eventually resolved.
Now,if you want to hear a story regarding a product problem not involving CW,just ask me about my problems with my Winegard Dish 1000 Traveler and their customer service department. .
The first thread I started was in the Class A forum. I was directed to the "ask Marcus" thread which I did not know about. I did go there and the tread in the class a forum was closed by the administrator.
This thread was started just to get the facility number for the NY complaint form, and has taken on a life of its own. If you look at my last post I asked that any additional posts on this topic be placed in that thread (ask Marcus).
The complaint to NY was filed because I was seeing no action taken by the "rapid response team" other than "it was being looked into". Plenty of warning was given to the Rapid response team that it was my intention to mail the form before my current trip started.
If CW accepts responsibility and does the right thing I will also do the right thing and notify NY that the problem has been taken care of.
Administrator, please close this thread as the purpose has been fulfilled in that I was supplied with the facility number.
Please direct all inquires/responses/input/suggestions to this link Problem with brake repair at Camping World (the ask marcus thread which is were I was told to post the problem) - mtrumpetExplorer

Just to be clear, he did not hear from Marcus Lemonis personally - he heard from "Mark" of "Marcus' Rapid Response Team". - BigdogExplorerI'm wondering as to why you started a thread on the Class A forum when you already had one transferred to the proper forum and had heard from Marcus personally. So much for rapid response.
Mark, did send me an e-mail, and I did hear from the GM of CW, we had already left to go racing at Norwalk Ohio. He is supposed to text me times I can come in and talk to him next week.
I mailed the complaint form to NY before I left.
Please ask questions here CW Problem description and resolution to keep that thread alive and not have multiple threads on the same topic running - Bird_FreakExplorer IISo much for rapid response.

I guess that "Marcus' Rapid Response Team" didn't "reach out to you" far enough huh? Those people are a joke. CW would be better off just closing their service facilities and sticking to what they do best - selling supplies and accessories.
I have not heard back from them, leaving on the trip the trailer was being prepared for. Will drop the complaint to NY DMV DS on the way out to give them every last opportunity to do the right thing. - mtrumpetExplorerI guess that "Marcus' Rapid Response Team" didn't "reach out to you" far enough huh? - philandterriExplorerThe NYS DMV shows thier facility number as 7097606

I take it they did not want to make it right!
I have not heard back from them, I e-mailed that I was leaving on a trip, and that time was passing. I needed to file with the state, and if they left me with a good feeling that they would make it right I would hold off. That has not happened yet, and will hold mailing until I leave tomorrow. - Bird_FreakExplorer III take it they did not want to make it right!
