We had the same experience at the Lazy Daze factory in California. No pressure, answered questions freely, walked through various units under construction and talked with the workers building them, etc. Had the experience of seeing an LD being made for a customer in Japan with different mandated features. LD does have a small showroom where their first Class C (and perhaps THE first Class C), along with a few current models are located. LD offers some options, but won't make substantial changes to their basic designs.
