this rv i am seeing is somewhat like the short-lived all electric, born free B&B.
it looks quite doable in a 22' floorplan. with coach door at end of pass side bed and no end wall, the bed can double as a day sofa and also accommodate taller sleepers. the accordion curtain door can come all the way to pass side. if desired, some overcab space can go towards pantry stuff. bathroom could be shaved a bit in fore-aft depth. the top of the low rise fridge could be fpr eating or computer. a tv on the driver bed partition wall swings around into front living area.
on rig and equipment: no decals, awning, or low-hanging plumbing. w/ its small 22' volume and minimal interior mass (no frills on interior decor -- think casita or marine cabin -- a small low power air-conditioner someplace other than roof would be big. might tolerate a single cable to run from chassis alternator to charge batts while touring.
