This coach sounds like a good buy to me. Tag axle means it can carry more weight without worry, steerable tax axle even better especially when cornering. 500 hp cummins means that it can get up and go so you don't have to worry about bogging down in the mountains. Cannot see any downside in this coach. As long as it checks out mechanically, I don't see how you could make a mistake with this purchase.
