I don't think you'll have any quality issues with the Winnebago. They've have always built nice gas coaches. The Ford chassis has been around for awhile and if there is a fatigue issue, it will be the same in just about any Class A gasser with a 2015 Ford suspension.
The big issue will be getting an interior layout that works now and for the next several years as the boys grow.
