From one Stu to another..try to get XtraRide or Prism ....That Interstate Florida thing rings a bad bell with me and I've had two issues come up with Prism with no problem as long as I followed the procedure which was not bad at all...they also pay your provider directly and within 1 week so your dealer would work with them...No one is perfect but this one is doable.
