Feelings about Park Models...
I for one don't particularly like it when I pull into a RV resort or park and find 80 or 90 percent of lots filled with park models. Seems more like a poor boys retirement village than a vacation dest...

I know park model owners who bought them when health problems kept them from RVing. Sold their motor homes, some in the $800,000 range. Also know RV owners who rent RV spots for the year. Some places rent an RV spot for$600 a month for two months or$200 a month for six months or $1200 for year. How ever one gets the best deal for money that meets their life style, I say good for them-go for it. Don't have a problem with any of the options as long as it is maintained and looks good.
