Feelings about Park Models...
I for one don't particularly like it when I pull into a RV resort or park and find 80 or 90 percent of lots filled with park models. Seems more like a poor boys retirement village than a vacation dest...

I own a lot in a place that's a 55 and older park/resort. It's 90% park models. There hasn't been a bad one in the bunch as far as the people go there. Out of 500 lots, I'd say 30 live there full time. It's just their summer hide out in the mountains...nothing trashy about it. We were just there for Thanksgiving and had a great time.
I've stayed in some places where I won't visit again, but I wouldn't use park models as a barometer. I look for how the place is kept and this park is immaculate. If it looks like a dump, it's probably a dump :)
