I just did ours in the storage yard a week ago. All I used was a $10.00 sponge mop that had the squeeze handle to get most the water off the sponge end. A five gallon bucket with about a 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar and even less bleach filled with water. Started with the sponge mop and ended up after applying the water waiting about 15 seconds and wiped with a rag ( rinsed in bucket as I went). That kept it off the sidewalls. After done with the roof I wiped down the edge. Took about 1 hour. Came out perfect.
