Thanks for the tips Donna......I'd appreciate seeing more of the bed design if possible.
I'm considering building a similar but with an upper bunk too. That way we'll have full time dinette as well as sleeping space.
Our floor plan is a standard Trail Lite model 213. I've lost my link to the floor plan but the seem to be easy to find if you'd like to see it.
Dinette is driver side; sofa-folder is from the passenger side. Makes a giant queen + taken all together but needs to be made into something humans can actually sleep on. I like your modification.
Our main noises unresolved seem to NOT be pots & pans, as we have addressed that very well. There are cabinet groans & odd rubbing sounds that come & go.
One we tracked down was the fancy paper towel rack prior owner installed. The end cap screwed on....but it came loose and dingle-jingle-dingle-dingled until we found it.
