Quietjake....if you will notice in my signature we also have a Tiffin 40QSH Phaeton. That's a 40' 4 slide, 350HP Cat powered, diesel pusher, our "house". The 213 is a get-a-way rig for summer exploring. The 213 is in secure heated storage most of the year and the Phaeton takes a rest and replaces it for an upgrade in storage fees when we want to take a break.
