All CG's have dumps. You don't have to stay there to use the dump stations.
Many are for free and some have a small fee if you are not camping there.
Same goes for propane. You can always get propane at all CG's even if you are not staying there. No added fee just pay the going rate for propane.
I have not used a dump station or bought propane at Flying J or any where's else in over 6 years. I find a local CG along my route and dump and fill up with propane. THE slickest thing I learned RV'ing. :C
As for dump stations, we removed them. Our sites are full hookup, so there is no need for a dump station. We do not allow people who are not registered guests to use any of the facilities and that includes dumping waste and filling water tanks. It has nothing to do with the costs incurred, it has to do with traffic flow (no dumpers, less traffic bothering our guests) and the fact that like other posters have said, a small percentage of dumpers are pigs. Once you have had the privilege of cleaning up a dump station after someone decided to not use a hose and just pull the valve and then drive off, you too would think they were more trouble than they are worth.
