I agree with you totally about the electric hwh.. I really like the travato in spite of several of its design flaws...sue i'd love to hear your reponse to these.
First the fresh water fill is on the opposite side of the tank behind the drivers seat.. It is actually lower than the top of the fresh tank. So unless you have really strong water pressure seems like the lower entry point would create a siphon and you would be unable to fill the tank all the way to the top, unless you fill it from the inside. Second. Needing a pump to empty the water from the shower pan seems like a disaster waiting to happen. Thirdly the window coverings on the sliding door and the rear doors seem really cheap. But for me, the deal breaker is the electric only HWH.. As you stated eric, i dry camp and can't imagine running the generator for 20 minutes to get hot water for a morning shower. The HWH could have been put in the back where the furnace is. The europeans have been selling this floorplan for years without an electric hwh. I am anxiously awaiting that minor change and then i will buy one as well.
My other concern as sue stated is how flimsy the front dinette table is.. hopefully winnebago will address these issues.
