Do you have a link to something that identifies the WH? I've got the Travato manual but it doesn't say what brand it is or how it operates other than to say the coach needs to be plugged in or the gen. needs to be running.
The Travato brochure says the WH holds 4 gallons which leads me to believe it is not an on demand unit.
