Yes it is a lot. It was listed for 109k and change and 90k was as low as they would go. Still a decent amount off of list price for a beautiful class B.
The amount of seating with seat belts was appealing in the 70x. My Travato only seats 4 in seat belts. Another person can hang out in the seat by the door on top of the water tank, but that seat has no seat belt. The 70x had room for 7 adults easy. Not that you would want to camp with all of those people, but it is a nice option if you had a group of people to take somewhere.
