I just bought the Travato for motorcycle racing and it works fantastically well. The fact that the bed flips up allows me to transport my motorcycle inside.
(I don't want my race bike outside. It's not a street vehicle - once stolen, it is gone forever. This is the primary reason for purchasing the Travato.)
There is plenty of space to change into my gear, sit at the table and deal with GoPro footage on my laptop. The booth is a little tight even for a small person. Once I'm seated, it's perfect, but it's not as comfortable as the dinette in my class A ('94 Fleetwood Flair - 22'). I tend to keep the side door closed and use the side bench a lot.
The leatherette doesn't get hot since it's shielded from the sun. (I used Reflectix double-bubble foil insulation in the windows in addition to the curtains.) And, it is very easy to keep clean. The last thing I want to do is be a slave to upholstery cleaner in order to have a clean dinette seat. Simply wipe them down and be done.
I got one of these for my van. You might find one useful too, since you are using your interior space for your bike.
