Finally some progress with my Allegro
The icebergs finally melted enough for me to get the jacks under it and the cherry picker in the door. I did the remainder of the underneath work (removing starter, TC bolts, etc.) in ice cold run-off...

Had a couple of setbacks but was finally able to drop the engine in today. Now I have to hook everything up - and remember where all the bolts in that cardboard box go.
I took the exhaust manifolds off it to make installation easier. They're at Meineke now having the studs and gaskets replaced. I also had them gut the heat riser and weld the holes closed. It's an unnecessary complication that always fails.
