I believe they are talking about making it a toll road for a length of 95 south of DC.
When I moved my daughter and had a rented Uhaul trailer it cost me $18.00 because the trailer was a tandem axle. Do they charge $6 for the first 4 axles and $6 for each additional, or do they charge per axle if it's not a passenger car? Expensive, but I despise that 95 traffic. Remember I live around here. I avoid it if possible. Taking 301 empties me out north of Richmond one exit above Kings Dominion.
