I agree with Rgatijnet1, most Class A MHs from 2000 on up should have dual paned windows. When we were looking last year, I don't think we found any in the mid price ranges that didn't have them. You didn't mention what length or price range you were looking for, but the 2003 and up Fleetwood Discovery and Excurions all have dual paned windows and they're available all over the country, though some people were a little too proud of them.
I'm not sure why you're looking for them as an "option" when they are available on so many MHs as standard equipment?
There are lots of MHs for sale with dual paned windows on the east coast, especially Florida. Some of the largest dealers are in Texas which isn't that far away. It would be a two day drive to get it home. We flew from Alaska to Colorado to buy ours last year.
