Having owned both dual pane and single pane in a motorhome, there is NO WAY I would ever consider one with single pane again. There is a lot more that comes into play than just weather with the window, like noise, ease of illegal entry, your health and well being, etc. Single pane blocks NO noise and people talking outside sound like they are inside with you. A single pane is very easy to break to gain entry, where most dual panes make it harder to gain entry. As far as condensation, we have been from Alaska to Key West and will say that the dual pane does NOT sweat anywhere near as bad as a single pane.
Most mid level & up coaches had dual pane as standard equipment from the early 2000's on and I know all Monaco products, from the Endeavor/Diplomat up, had them. As far as "replacing a fogged dual pane window", we had only one fog in the last 8 years and it was repaired for UNDER $250, with a 5 year warranty.
