The first thing I do is plug in utilities so I'm not putting that much on the battries.
No War, Thor signed a treaty with the camper. Just bought a new Thor Daybreak XD34 with a full wall slide. The instruction sticker above the slide out operation button gives instruction to level the unit before operation the unit. I have since found that if I'm slightly out of balance after the slide is out I do the minor adjustment needed to level. A mechanic I met while transferring our belongings indicated that leveling first was dictated because slides are now bigger and heavier than in the past.
