Fire Hazard Itasca Ellipse 40 wiring issue
Swapping out halogens in the coach and decided to do the power center light as well. Took it down and found that it was scorched black. Not good. Suggest that all who may be affected check their halog...

Thank you for the reply post and link. I don't think I will go with the OEM on this one. I am surprised that there was not a recall on this issue.
The fixture is cheap, just install the correct lamp and it will be fine. I leave ours on allot just to light the space because the LED draws nothing.
THIS is an LED, and its brighter than the halogen it replaced.
