Ok one more silly questions. I know the CG will more than likely sell firewood, but I hate to pay a premium for something like this. What does everybody do? Do they buy firewood there? Do you neve...

I can burn it on high for about 12-14 hours on 20# of propane. If you purchase firewood, it will cost much more than that to have a fire for 12-14 hours. Here's a link to the one I purchased:

We just did the very same thing for a several reasons. One, you can control the fire and it's easy to start. Two, there's no smoke to make your RV smell nasty for days to come. And three, when you turn it off, it's off and there are no embers to worry about flying around and landing on top of your coach when you go to bed. We bought this one:
