RVing at a ski resort is not that big a deal if you are prepared. Some Ski Resorts have a RV area and some with power. Call the area and find out what they have. If you are going during winter or spring break ask if you can make reservations. Also find out how close the RV area is from the slopes and if they have transportation to and from.
If there is power bring several small electric heaters and some heat tape. The heater will help keep you warm and the heat tape can be use if something freezes up.
The second issue would be is to have the RV weatherized for the freezing temperatures. You have to keep the plumbing from freezing. Each RV is different you will need to inspect it to find areas that are vulnerable and correct them. If you have a kitchen slide inspect how the plumbing is run to find out if it is protected from freezing. Although turning down the heat while out skiing may sound like a good idea leaving it on may be necessary to keep the coach from freezing up. We know people that use a gallon of winter windshield fluid in each holding tank to keep them from freezing. Put it in first and let it drain down to the dump valve. It must have worked as they never had frozen tanks.
Be prepared to clean/clear the slides before you retract them. You will need to clear the snow and ice or you could jam the slide. This may require getting on the roof. Being the appropriate tools to clean the roof. Some people will retract the slide if they know there is going to be a lot of snow.
Another issue is wet clothing. Most RVers that ski use the shower stall to hang the wet clothing to dry out overnight. The humidity in the RV will be very high. You might consider some type of dehumidifying. Since the shower stall is used for drying clothing showering becomes challenging.
Once you are settled in at the park ask other people what they are doing to winterize there rig.
Have fun.
