That could mean that something is getting marginal in your V10's cooling system. I've never read in these forums of any temperature issues - even slight increases in temperature - from V10 motorhome cooling systems.
Maybe later V10 systems have a more robust design than earlier ones, though. Our 2005 V10 cooling system temperature readout has never moved, including going up long grades in summer heat with the dash A/C on. We even sometimes eat lunch in the RV in scorching blacktop parking lots with the engine idling and the A/C running.
We had no V10 cooling problems a few summers back touring around, and on, the Blue Ridge Parkway.
