Not sure if you used the sea-foam yet, but just in case read the can to see if it specifically says "safe for O2 sensors." I'm not positive about sea-foam bu I used a spray cleaner into the air intake on my 99 toyota and replaced 3 O2 sensors just a short while later, not cheap either.
