It does say safe for O2 sensor son it, but I actually experienced something similar on my Tahoe. I had a check engine light come on after running Seafoam through the tank and it led to an O2 sensor. i just ran a couple more tanks of gas (without seafoam) through it and it was fine... Got my Tahoe idling right in no time though...
