What you show in your initial post is likely this when getting into the repairs. That is why the responses are "Don't Buy It". I would consider it, but at a massive discount ($15,000 cheaper than one just like it without water damage), then plan on repairing it myself so it's done right. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it right....to do it better than new.
