First time buyer - how bad is water damage

ron.dittmer thank you so much for all of that information. My dream RV is really a Phoenix Cruiser 2350 (the one with the bed in the back corner, the stand up shower & separate toilet, and dinette with the table in the middle. I like it because its shorter than 25 ft and doesnt have the overhead, or that boxy body style that you were talking about with the "starter rv". My budget is 30k or less (ideally less than 25 but Id be willing to go up a little more for something that has everything I want & is in good shape), and under 80k miles.
