First time buyer - how bad is water damage
Im looking at buying a 2008 coachman freelander, it will be my first rv. There was water damage on the overhead and the top has since then been sealed. However, they did not remove and replace the dam...

I like it because its shorter than 25 ft and doesnt have the overhead, or that boxy body style that you were talking about with the "starter rv". My budget is 30k or less (ideally less than 25 but Id be willing to go up a little more for something that has everything I want & is in good shape), and under 80k miles.
If shopping for a PC-2350 with a no-slide-out dinette like we have HERE, there are but only a few out there. We ordered ours without the optional slide out. Nearly every one ordered or pre-made for sale, is made with the slide-out which provides a much smaller space, too small for a dinette, hence the couch. One nice thing about the couch is that it turns into a large bed for two people, much larger than a dinette bed for one person. If you must have what we have without the slide-out and find one for sale, think hard for you may not find another one for long time to come.
