First time Class A buyer...comments on this deal?

Hi folks! First of all thanks for the info I have read on this site. It has armed me well :)

Here is a price on a Motorhome that seems like a bargain. It is a new 2017. He is telling me that his final price is his cost $75000. Been thinking about coming back with pay sales tax before I make the trip. It is about 3 hours from here so all the negotiations have been through email.

    Thanks, I appreciate the input. My priority with this purchase is to get as good of a deal price wise as possible. It seems the market is constantly churning and some dealers/owners want to get rid of RV's and eat most of the depreciation. We will not be living in it full time. Wanted to get something for 1-2 week long trips and to use in state at the parks. :)

    Thanks. Looking at NADA it comes in at low retail. I am not sure what exactly low retail means. Should I expect to be under that?

    Looks to be a good deal, in my opinion. The dealer is probably dumping it at a low price because it has bunk beds and he hasn't had any interest from anyone. Good luck!
